Business Aviation assemblage Decries Florida Plan To render Noise

of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) sent a note
to the
Florida Airport Authority in November decrying a decision to enact
a ban upon all
Stage 2 aircraft operations in the City of Naples. John Olcott president
of the
group said he will work with the federal restraint and user community
to take
"all measures necessary" to interrupt the implementation of the measure
to contract
airport noise.
