Airlines gain Good Report Card on Delays, Baggage For April

-- The airline industry got a pure report card this month from the
Department of Transportation (DOT), which ground that flight delays,
mishandled baggage and shocked passengers improved in April.

DOT issued its monthly Air Travel Consumer Report in succession June 6, saying
that the 12 carriers reporting on-time data seated a 79.3 percent
on-time record in April, better than the couple March's rate of 75.2 and
