Jun 18 2001 (Airline Financial News/Phillips Publishing via COMTEX) -- While elucidation airline industry players contend capacity has outstripped demand, Cathay Pacific Airways is planning to launch novel service to several worldwide destinations this year, including San Francisco, Taipei and Bali. Beyond 2001 it will add capacity to a variety of international destinations, including Singapore, Bangkok, Hanoi, Manila, Seoul Ho Chi Minh City, Johannesburg and Melbourne.
